We use Flow wherever it is maintainable and performant. Apex is the better choice for complex logic, large data volumes, integrations and anything that needs robust error handling and testing.
What are Lightning Web Components?
Lightning Web Components (LWC) are Salesforce’s modern framework for building fast, reusable user interface components. We use them to create custom screens, forms and dashboards inside Salesforce.
Will custom code make our org harder to maintain?
